How long will it take for my cookies to arrive?
We bake every order fresh. Processing takes 1-2 business days, and shipping typically takes 2-3 days depending on your location to ensure maximum freshness.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?
Currently, our secret recipes contain flour, butter, and eggs. We are working on a 'special operation' to launch gluten-free and vegan flavors soon.
How should I store my cookies for the best experience?
Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For that 'just out of the oven' taste, microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your package leaves the Cookie Cartel headquarters, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its transit.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the domestic United States to guarantee that the cookies remain fresh and intact upon arrival.
